Message from Our Founder
Across the United States, millions of households struggle with food insecurity, and countless men, women, and children live without stable housing. In California, the crisis is especially visible, yet still deeply undercounted. Every day, far too many people go without basic human necessities like fresh food, clean water, clothing, hygiene supplies, and safe shelter. I believe these are fundamental rights every person is entitled to from birth. Until our systems reflect this truth, I am committed to being as hands-on as possible—tangibly meeting the immediate needs of our neighbors with the dignity, love, care, and respect they deserve.
